Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Luggage Prime. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your purchase to return your item.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

All products are carefully inspected by our warehouse before being shipped. If you receive a product that is manufactured defective or incorrect, we will waive the return shipping fee. However, if the returned item is found to be undamaged or correct, the return fee will apply, and it will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept orders or items for exchange. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures that you receive your new item quickly and that it won’t go out of stock.

Return Instructions

We offer easy return shipping with a pre-paid return label.

To start a return, please send us an email at info@luggageprime.com indicating that you would like to make a return and the reason for it. Once your return has been confirmed by us, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
